Teaching

I approach teaching as a form of mentorship that combines high expectations with purposeful support. My aim is not simply to help students master a body of knowledge, but to prepare them to become thoughtful, evidence-driven, and socially responsible individuals who positively contribute to their workplaces and communities. I pursue this aim by focusing on three actionable goals: developing students’ critical thinking and research literacy, encouraging them to apply course material to new contexts, and fostering an inclusive and responsive learning environment.
